The Industrial Services Team Lead is responsible for leading field crews performing warehouse racking installations, modifications, and tear-downs. This role is hands-on while also providing leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. The Team Lead is the main point of contact on-site and is responsible for crew performance, quality, and progress.
Project Oversight & Reporting
Track daily and weekly job progress against schedule
Provide clear progress updates to both internal teams and external customers
Ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
Communicate issues, delays, and changes proactively
Coordinate with customers and internal teams on-site
Quality & Safety
Ensure all work meets company standards and is completed correctly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Manage site safety program and tool program
Crew Development
Train and support team members in field operations
Promote accountability, productivity, and teamwork
Qualifications
Experience with warehouse racking systems (installation, tear-down, adjustments)
Prior experience leading or supervising crews preferred
Ability to read layouts and job instructions
Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts
Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
Work Environment
Field-based at customer warehouse locations
Frequent lifting, climbing, and use of tools and equipment
Travel may be required depending on project needs

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
