what TO EXPECT

We've developed a curriculum that will inspire your employees and managers to be the best leaders they can be. Our classes cover:

Communication Strategies

Leaders know how to communicate with their team. We will practice engaging in healthy, two-way communication. We'll learn how to handle conflict and give feedback. Leaders who have open, honest, and sincere conversations create a healthy culture for the whole organization.

Relationship Strategies

Leaders build relationships with people. They build rapport with their team by communicating clearly. We'll explore different communication styles and discuss how we can adjust your own style to create solid relationships.

Leadership Styles

Great leaders bring the best out of their employees. When we learn about our own leadership style, we can use it as a tool to help others around us succeed. Every successful organization wants its people performing at their fullest potential.

Energy and Stress Management

As leaders, we want to be great stewards of our own time and energy. We will teach techniques for improving our concentration, creativity, and commitment that will allow us to be fully engaged at work. Every leader is more productive and will feel fulfilled when stress levels are balanced and energy is maximized.

We won't stop there. To really drive it home, we'll provide real-life situations in which to practice these skills and we'll provide constant feedback and support to successfully apply them.

WANT TO BE A BETTER LEADER?

We've talked to dozens of people who are in a leadership position, but haven't received any leadership training. Don't try and figure this out on your own - get help from a trusted expert. Our classes are designed specifically for leaders in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Once you start developing your leadership skills, you and your team will be unstoppable.

want to be a great boss?

Most people only give feedback when something goes wrong. Be proactive. Provide continual feedback for your team to keep them on track.

Don't use criticism as a weapon. Let it be a tool for improvement. Give more praise than criticism to encourage and motivate.

Make your decision based on the goals of our organization. Your popularity or politics shouldn't determine your moves.

Great bosses don't avoid tension or conflict. You will get great results challenging people directly when you demonstrate that you care.

Don't lose key people or fail to generate momentum within your organization. Get equipped with tools and strategies to inspire, motivate and get the best out of your team.
