Release of All Claims and Covenant Not to Sue

NOTICE: THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. By signing this agreement, you give up your potential right to bring a court action for recovery of damages for property loss, personal injury, or death arising out of your participations at the Pallet Games.
I acknowledge and agree that my voluntary participation in the Pallet Games has inherent risks. I know and understand the nature of those risks and acknowledge that I and other contestants or participants will be engaged in activities that may be dangerous.
On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and personal representatives, in consideration for allowing me to participate in the Pallet Games, I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Browning/Duke, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the organizers, sponsors, agents, volunteers, and employees of the Pallet Games, along with each of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, investors, property managers, advisors, and partners of each (collectively, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) from any and all claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs, liens, judgments, penalties, attorney’s fees, expenses and/or liabilities arising out of, involving, or dealing in any way with the Pallet Games.
On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and personal representatives, I also hereby covenant and agree that I shall not sue any of the RELEASED PARTIES for any claims arising out of, involving, or dealing in any way with the Pallet Games.
